Grapes: Zibibbo.
Growing area: Western Sicily.
Typology of terrain: Medium consistency in low hill.
Vinification: Soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Fortification with alcool Buon gusto.
Refinement: In stainless steel vats for 3 months to preserve the varietal tones and 3 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 16% by vol.
Serving temperature: 12° C as aperitivo and 18° C. as dessert wine.
Preservation: Store bottles horizontally at fresh temperatures and protected from the light.
Colour: Brilliant golden yellow.
Bouquet: A pleasant fragrance with notes of raisins.
Flavour: Sweet, harmonic and balanced. Long and delicate aftertaste. Persistent.
How to drink: Excellent dessert wine. Served chilled it is a superb aperitivo. It accompanies well also soft cheese.
