Hammon was the God known by the ancient name of Baal and worshipped by the Phoenicians all over the Mediterranean area.

Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperatures (22-24°C) and maceration for 10/12 days.
Refinement: For about 3/4 months in thermo-controlled stainless steel vats.
Alcohol content: 14,5 % by vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Preservation: Store bottles horizontally at fresh temperatures and protected from the light.
Colour: Deep ruby red.
Bouquet: Rich in red berries and spicy notes.
Flavour: Balanced, fruity with a pleasant aftertaste.
